As a well established artist & designer, I write anonymously under the Pen name Indigo Emily Rose.

I wrote my first book 15 years ago, and got back into writing in 2020 after experiencing years of trauma, and leaving a domestically violent relationship. Often my work can depict some

psychologically challenging subjects which I try to handle with the tenderness and care they deserve. It has become an important part of my journey to channel some of my experiences onto the pages of books, for healing, while recognising others have experienced some trauma themselves and might be able to relate to the pages on these books. As a survivor of trauma often the first thing people say is that they feel as though their voice has been silenced. Writing for me allows that part of my voice to be accessed. And I thank you for supporting that.

I absolutely love creating fantasy worlds both artistically and in literature.

The Echo Seven Saga was a pleasure for me to write and I thoroughly enjoyed falling in love with each of the characters, their journeys, triumphs and sometimes challenges. All of the things that make each of us the incredible creatures and beasts we are, roaming this human realm, just having a human experience.
